מסמך זה מתאר איזה מידע נאסף באפליקציית "נהג חדש - New driver" (com.yishai.newdriver), כיצד משתמשים בו ומהן האפשרויות העומדות לרשותך. האפליקציה סופרת את תקופות נהג חדש, מלווה יום ומלווה לילה מתאריך קבלת הרישיון, וכוללת ווידג'טים למסך הבית.
האפליקציה שומרת במכשיר שלך בלבד את תאריך קבלת הרישיון שהזנת. התאריך משמש לחישוב הימים שנותרו ולהצגתם באפליקציה ובווידג'טים. התאריך אינו נשלח לשום שרת ואינו נגיש למפתח האפליקציה. מחיקת האפליקציה או ניקוי נתוני האפליקציה בהגדרות המכשיר מוחקים אותו.
האפליקציה אינה דורשת הרשמה או התחברות, ואינה אוספת שם, כתובת אימייל, מספר טלפון, מיקום, אנשי קשר, תמונות או קבצים. המפתח אינו מפעיל שרתים המאחסנים מידע על משתמשים.
האפליקציה מציגה פרסומות באמצעות Google AdMob, שירות של Google LLC. כדי להציג ולמדוד פרסומות, Google ושותפיה עשויים לאסוף ולעבד נתונים ממכשירך, ובהם:
הנתונים האלה נאספים ומעובדים על ידי Google בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות של Google ולהסבר על שימוש בנתונים על ידי Google בשירותים של שותפים. מפתח האפליקציה אינו מקבל גישה למזהה הפרסום או למידע האישי שנאסף על ידי Google.
לצורך הצגת הפרסומות האפליקציה משתמשת בהרשאת אינטרנט ובהרשאה לגישה למזהה הפרסום.
הווידג'טים מציגים את החישוב על סמך התאריך השמור במכשיר, ואינם אוספים או שולחים מידע.
האפליקציה מיועדת לנהגים חדשים ואינה מכוונת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13. אם נודע לנו על איסוף נתונים מקטין כזה, נפעל למחיקתם.
למעט Google AdMob כמתואר לעיל, האפליקציה אינה משתפת מידע עם צדדים שלישיים ואינה מוכרת מידע.
ייתכן שנעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. גרסה מעודכנת תפורסם בעמוד זה ותכלול תאריך עדכון חדש.

This policy applies to the "New driver" Android app (com.yishai.newdriver), which counts the new driver, day-mentor and night-mentor periods from a license date you enter, and offers home-screen widgets.
The app stores only the license date you enter, on your device. It is never sent to a server and is not accessible to the developer. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it. The app requires no account and does not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos or files. The developer runs no servers that store user data.
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process data from your device, including the Advertising ID, IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and app information (model, OS version, language), ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) and diagnostics. This data is collected and processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. The developer does not receive your Advertising ID or the personal data collected by Google.
Users in the European Economic Area, the UK and some other regions see a Google consent form (UMP) on first launch and can change their choice later via "Privacy and ad settings" at the bottom of the main screen, when shown. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (usually Settings > Google > Ads).
The app is intended for new drivers and is not directed to children under 13.
Except for Google AdMob as described above, the app does not share or sell data.
